Well you need to add browser prefixes at this time, because non prefixed is more for future proofing (isn’t functional right now). Also, just for the sake of efficiency. saying border-radius: 10px; is the same as saying border-radius: 10px 10px 10px 10px; however is just extra typing.
Maybe a fiddle or code sample could help :) On iOS 10.3.3 : html, body { overflow-x: hidden } works perfectly. .class-name { overflow-x: scroll; -webkit-overflow-scrolling: touch; } While this code snippet may solve the problem, it doesn't explain why or how it answers the question.
The border-radius property will accept up to two values in WebKit browsers and up to eight now in Firefox 3.5. Here are the CSS and browser-specific attributes in question: CSS3. Mozilla equivalent. WebKit equivalent. border-top-right-radius. -moz-border-radius-topright. -webkit-border-top-right-radius.

I have a small CSS issue with Safari on iPhone device. My search input is blue and when user focuses on it, caret is almost invisible: In all desktop browsers, it has right color (white), even on desktop Safari.
Weird, a few days before it worked well. But today suddenly not. Ok, maybe an automatic system software update. In my case I have svg elements animated in a overflow-hidden parent with border-radius to a circle. And when I animate transform-translate of the svg childs they become overlapped the border-radius (not the rectangle, only the radius).
