If your DLCs aren't showing, make sure you're logged in to both Origin and the Dragon Age servers, this is necessary so the DLC authenticates.

Can confirm, Trespasser DLC doesn't appear anywhere on EA Desktop. I just bought a Gamepass subscription to be able to play EA Play games, first one I wanted to play was Dragon Age: Inquisition, and it's missing its most important DLC (considering it adds a lot of new ability upgrades).
Solved: when i download the game with ea play the game installs and the dlc do to but the game does not load them and when i launch the game it tells
