I learned many years ago write down all emails and passwords for every acct you have whether it be for games or bills or shopping. In this game I have 2 accts and 2 pieces of paper 1 for each acct showing display name email for the acct and password and phone number used as well as all characters on acct that way if I ever need them, I have them.
Bug in the weight of the world solution. If you die on the last boss of this instance you will not be able to come back because of a big green wall and you wont be able to finish the fight. Actually the game I came from before this was SO much more expensive. $25 for a costume, huge amounts of stuff in loot boxes so you could drop $200 and never get the thing you wanted. Everything was character bound, not account wide. There was no way to convert gold to cash shop currency.
